[Feature] Add UE4 to skipped file types or certain file sizes #573

This includes:
.pak
.ucas
.utoc

Or maybe make CompressGUI ignore the game/folder if it detects the global.ucas/global.utoc files?

While this does not effect all UE4 games, it does where the game gets compressed by more than 1% meaning they get squashed by like 80% which makes the files unreadable by the executable.

Some other games that come to mind are Granblue Fantasy Relink where one file went from 61.2 GB to 4.83 GB which is impossible.
