Nectivon v0.8.6 is a local-first knowledge management and learning assistant.

• Document import, local retrieval, and evidence/source links.
• Three-layer learning organization, with teach-back before targeted practice.
• Student self-evaluation and AI review are parallel signals; one successful explanation does not establish complete mastery.
• Training retrieves only available real local materials. It may return zero questions; it does not search online for questions or generate filler questions.
• Optional Qwen, DeepSeek, Kimi, Hunyuan, and GLM integration. Local core functions can start without an API key.
• Missing learning-report sources remain explicitly unrecorded; saved source fields are not automatically certified as official.
• Restricted school/major/catalog-source JSON files are omitted. Associated optional profile configuration reports unavailable data while core workflows remain accessible.

Positive local-training page/source-jump acceptance and additional cross-machine reproduction remain pending after submission. No project software license is currently specified; public visibility does not add a license grant.
