Fixes the centered pill group when a model change adds or removes a pill: a pill that mounted while hidden now joins the group as soon as it becomes visible, so the pills recenter immediately instead of overlapping until the session is reopened.

• Mint #3EE6A8 for healthy usage.
• Warm amber #F6C453 from 50 % to 74 %.

README screenshots updated to the new palette and served from the repository's own assets. Layout, data and behavior unchanged.

Fixes the empty state: the usage pill now appears in a new Session's Into the Unknown hero before the first prompt.

• Visibility follows the model the composer displays instead of waiting for the first request to record one: the Session's pending/used selection, or the configured default when no model was picked yet.
• Falls back to the previous behaviour when the model-directory service is unavailable.
• README.md, README.es.md and CHANGELOG.md updated.
