0.18.6 keeps Pickup working Ready issues while pull requests wait for review, and lets Passes share a repository up to a configurable Command limit (#1579).

• Failure limit: pickup.failure_limit (default 3) counts open agent-failed issues instead of Claims. Hand-back, takeover, closure and the next Claim clear the label. pickup.limit is accepted but ignored, with a warning (#1585, #1579).
• Command limit: Passes skip at pass.command_limit (default 1), counting live Commands per repository and machine. Manually started issue Commands always run and count toward it. Pickup runs, issue-less Custom processes, one Architect run and one Security run can overlap up to the limit. Old and new binaries preserve exclusive access across an update (#1580, #1599, #1579).
• Pickup tries the next Ready issue in pickup.order after losing a reservation or finding its selection stale. Architect and Security runs reserve published plans and fixes before marking them Ready, and use separate review worktrees (#1577, #1599).
• Sessions clean up detached Harness processes after normal exit, failure and stop, preserving Trial caps, OOM evidence and sandbox login redaction. macOS manager probing and cleanup warnings are fixed (#1637, #1641).
• CI reads fall back to the latest Actions workflow jobs when check-runs access returns HTTP 403, alongside commit statuses. The fallback cannot observe checks from non-Actions apps (#1643).
• Run notifications support case-insensitive repository routes through email.to_by_repo; explicit addresses take precedence, followed by the repository route, then email.to. Setup preserves routes (#1645).
• Console cron jobs use monospace crontab lines with highlighted schedules and keyboard-accessible horizontal scrolling. Every Console page title identifies the serving hostname, including live updates (#1633, #1635).
