  • #1020 (part of #1019): ProjectionExceptions.IsExceptionTransient also consults TransientFailures. A fault a store's classifier calls transient (a SQL Server deadlock in Polecat, SQLITE_BUSY in Fisher) is rethrown for retry/pause instead of being dead-lettered under SkipApplyErrors. Registered types still win; ApplyEventException is never transient.
