Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not everyone knows about the /report command or the corresponding contect menu commands. For example, people sometimes ping the @Moderator role for reporting issues.
Describe the solution you'd like
Change the status messages of the bot to cycle between something like Use context menus or /report for reporting misbehaviour and other status messages (like the member count).
Describe alternatives you've considered
It would also be possible to display this information somewhere else but not many people would recognise it.
