BREAKING CHANGES

• ReVanced v22 now requires its runtime plugin.
  Existing official ReVanced v21 plugins must update to version 1.8.1
  (version code 8). Fresh installs include no patch bundles; users must
  add them through discovery or import.
• The app package changes from
  app.universal.revanced.manager to app.universal.patch.manager.
  UP Manager installs separately from URV. Existing users must import
  their backup and signing keystore to migrate. Runtime plugins and
  integrations using the old manager namespace must use the new IDs.
