The PS2 version of this has symbols!

I saw that you mention in the readme that Sonic Heroes has no symbols. While that is true for most versions, the PS2 version has symbols for all regions. There is also a demo with dwarf info as well! Just wanted to let you know since even though console is different most likely the main code is similar/the same

yw! I was actually thinking of decompiling the ps2 version of this game someday however I guess the Gamecube one is first.

I think the symbols will be most helpful with the rels since chances are those have the most similar code and symols (main dol has to support gc instead of ps2, lots of differences)

That’s a great idea. I’m thinking about turning this into an organization in the long run to support whatever Sonic Heroes content others might want to create, making it easier for people to back those projects. It would be excellent to have you on board for that! ;)

Right now I'm mainly working on The Wii Kirby games and Luigi's Mansion but I would be interested in decompiling that version on the side or applying the symbols from the ps2 version onto gc

These seem to be ps2 specific functions (hence the ps prefix)
Most likely the gamecube version had similar functions in main
for example fn_80012C50 is probably like gcInitialize or something like that
