Complete doc generation

I'm not seeing the GH pages for the docs (by clicking on the readme badge) even thought the logs look identical to those for ScientificTypes.jl, on which the ci.toml was based. Perhaps they will not work until there is a release?? Or there is some delay in deployment on GH side.

When this is fixed, the documentation in the readme can be removed and this issue closed
