typo in DataDeps environment variable

There is environment variable DATADEPS_ALWAY_ACCEPT used on 18 places of this dataset.
But the correct name is DATADEPS_ALWAYS_ACCEPT.
Should I fix this as part of my PR #79 ?
Because now the variable is not doing anything, which may be confusing.
