Close Windows v1.2 (FGC/FGU)

  • Add onWindowClosed handler (FGC + FGU) so closed windows are removed from the internal tracking list, fixing unbounded growth and close() calls on stale/reopened windows.
  • Chain to the original FGC window handlers before the nil-window early return.
  • Minor cleanup and clarifying comments.

Install: download CloseWindows.ext and drop it in your Fantasy Grounds extensions folder.
