Fixes #232. I think it would be convenient to have some pretrained torchvision models downloaded in the image to avoid extra code and hacky workarounds. I started with resnets because that's what I'm using right now (with fastai), but it would be straightforward to add other models that people are using frequently.

Hi @wdhorton thanks for the suggestion. Using pre-trained models is a little clunky but we have a feature that will be available soon and will make it so much better. I'm going to hold off on including the models in the image for now.

Thanks for taking a look, I was working on my kernel yesterday and saw the Internet beta feature, so now the download works!
