Koder Open CLI 0.2.0-dev.7 is a development preview for macOS Apple Silicon and Windows x64.

Public GitHub downloads completed installation, synthetic material intake, real product GitHub device activation and signed renewal on both platforms. The private terms receipt was read back before signing. The installed Mac CLI and TUI each returned a complete synthetic DeepSeek response and passed the fed output rules. Windows real model calls remain unverified because the owner declined uploading a model key to hosted CI. No model key was provided to that workflow.

119 source checks, 18 native Mac installation/runtime/distribution checks, 8 Windows installer checks, 12 Windows download/local-use checks and installed-command ConPTY TUI passed. Both archives expose the same canonical terms digest. The LF/CRLF regression also proves that changed wording still changes the digest. The real dev.5 Windows activation failure remains in the history.

The 32-chapter Chinese handbook and 23 editable examples cover downloading, installation, local settings, CLI/TUI use, feeding material, output checks, bounded pre-study, review, remediation, rehearsal and recovery. Versioned links derive from package metadata. The free Render issuer is running the matching version and signing public key.

These are development checks with synthetic material, not independent production acceptance. Personal noncommercial use only. Commercial use and product-code changes require separate written authorization. Role settings and skills remain editable; Stars are optional. Mac binaries are ad-hoc signed and not Apple-notarized; Windows binaries are not publisher-signed. Physical Windows customer machines, Intel Mac, Windows ARM64, Linux, external tools, connected channels, unattended study, independent QA and production operations remain separate gates. Free hosting has quotas and may sleep; permanent availability is not promised.
