RAM entitlements

• easier to view memory & socket limits for machines in UI & CLI
• support for limits of various types in the ui
• socket & RAM suppot in elasticsearch
• RAM support in candlepin is still WIP; this provides very basic UI
  support but more work will likely need to be done around pool selection

Again, deleted the incorrect unit run. This have been fixed.

Let me introduce you "ozzak", unit test runner which is running in a VM on our "ozzak" host in Brno. :-) Ozzak will be making sure all our git pulls are giving green on unit tests. I would call the next week a testing period and once it gets approved and stabilized, I will push the script into our git or something.

Ok, I have put this into cron now and environment variables were not set correctly. I will initiate the test for the last time now... :-)

Ok it is finally working. Tests are green, but there is an issue with unmigration I run at the end of the test suite, perhaps not caused with this git pull. Perhaps this is fixing it #847 ?

Okay end for today, tomorrow morning I need to get Katello 1.1 out of doors.
