Fixes two BLOCKERs found in the v2.0.1 independent audit.

Fixed

  • Direct Sigma export (voidaccess export --format sigma) silently wrote a 0-byte file while reporting success — now consolidated onto the same generator the IOC package export already used correctly
  • Export commands silently swallowed database schema errors, writing an empty artifact and exiting 0 on a stale/un-migrated database — now fails closed with a clear error and non-zero exit, matching the fail-closed behavior already enforced on CLI read paths (list, actors, timeline, show)
  • YARA/Snort export headers showed '(unknown query)' instead of the real investigation query — metadata now propagates correctly

If you're on v2.0.0 or v2.0.1, upgrade to v2.0.2 — Sigma exports specifically were producing empty files while reporting success.
