• .env now receives owner-only (0600) permissions, matching the existing config.json protection
• Backfilled missing source_page_id on legacy typed relationship edges (3/3 resolved)
• Backfilled persisted community partitions for 84 completed investigations that predated this feature — the API graph endpoint now correctly serves non-empty community data for these older investigations

Known open item

• The typed-relationship real-world yield improvement observed in recent audits (18 edges across 4/5 investigations, versus an earlier 0/462 baseline) has not yet been reconfirmed on brand-new investigations due to an LLM provider credential issue in the test environment. This will be verified and reported in a follow-up once resolved — it does not affect this release's other fixes.
