First stable release of ConvertOcean — 60+ file tools that run entirely in the browser.

What it does

• PDF: to/from Word, to Excel, to text, merge, split, images to PDF
• Images: JPG/PNG/WebP/SVG conversion, resize to exact pixels or a target file size, merge, split
• Spreadsheets: Excel ↔ CSV/JSON/PDF, merge, split
• Data: CSV ↔ JSON, XML → JSON/CSV/XLSX, JSON formatter and validator
• Documents: Word/PowerPoint/TXT to PDF, merge, split
• OCR: image to text, on-device via Tesseract
• Business: invoice and receipt generators, profit-margin, break-even, percentage and
  sales-tax calculators (incl. US rates for all 50 states)

How it works
Every conversion runs in your browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript. No file is uploaded,
there is no backend, and tools keep working with the network disconnected once the page has
loaded. You can confirm this yourself in DevTools → Network.

Transparency
The site loads Google Analytics and AdSense, which set cookies. The no-upload guarantee is
about your files — it is not a claim of zero third-party scripts. See the privacy policy.
