v0.6.29 — folder_list paste/drop + build-date stamp

Bug fixes

• folder_list / file_list: Remove / Up / Down were greyed. The buttons stayed disabled because the state-refresh only fired on Add/Remove/Move actions, never on selection change. Now connected to QListWidget.itemSelectionChanged so they enable the moment a row is picked.

Features

• Paste paths into folder_list / file_list. Press Ctrl+V with the list focused — clipboard text is parsed as one path per line and appended at the end. Quotes from Explorer's "Copy as path" are stripped.

• Drop paths into folder_list / file_list. Drag files or folders from Explorer onto the list, or drag a multi-line selection from a text editor. URLs and plain text both work; appended at the end.

• Both paths honour must_exist / max_items like manual Add does, and a single summary dialog reports rejected entries (no per-line spam).

• About dialog now shows the build date. scriptree.__build_date__ (UTC timestamp) appears next to the version number in both About dialogs (Help → About in the editor, right-click → About on a cell). Use it to tell which build you're running when revisions happen quickly.
