Possibility of using jquery animate fallback

If the browser does not support css3 keyframes, perhaps integrate a fallback to jquery animate with as much graceful degradation as possible.

I'll look into the potential pitfalls of this at some point this week.

Browsers that don't support keyframes would also not support basic transforms and transitions, therefore it would never really be a reliable fallback. It's also backwards thinking to support old/bad browsers and not the direction this project should take in my opinion.

We have an "isSupported" method that can be used for graceful degradation but fallbacks are up to the individual project and shouldn't impact everyone else.

I also kind of agree that we should not apply resources and time for this, simply because we want to create a project that helps people move forward, not compromise for the past. BUT...saying that, @jpgamaral it is an excellent thought to have and perhaps those types of thoughts and ways of thinking can help us further.
