rktop v0.1.5

This release changes the Windows build's SSH collection path to send the Linux metric payload as a base64-decoded remote command instead of relying on ssh ... sh -s stdin piping. This addresses the Windows OpenSSH stdin-pipe hang observed during PowerShell checks.

Notes
