Change the refresh rate of all your monitors from the tray, and disconnect a monitor without unplugging it.

How to use it
Download RefreshSwitch.exe below and double-click it: there is nothing to install. If a blue "Windows protected your PC" window appears, click More info, then Run anyway (the app is not digitally signed).
The file was built from the source code of this tag with the C# compiler included in Windows. If you prefer, you can build it yourself with build.bat: see the README.
