Per convo with @kltm, this PR change the directory in which kg-covid-19 lives from
s3://kg-hub-public-data/to
s3://kg-hub-public-data/kg-covid-19/and also changes the URLs associated with this project from
https://kg-hub.berkeleybop.io/
to
https://kg-hub.berkeleybop.io/kg-covid-19/
Which should future-proof this whole scheme for a while. This way we can put new kg project in this same s3 bucket at:
s3://kg-hub-public-data/NEWPROJECTwithout too much hassle
