🐛 Bug Fixes

Model Maker

  • Selection Highlight: Fixed an issue where the currently selected element was not visually highlighted, improving cell selection visibility.
  • Multi-selection: Corrected an issue where the view would not retain multiple selected elements.
  • Select All Functionality: Fixed the "Select All" button, including its specific behavior in the dimension table.
  • View Row Settings: Fixed the "Repeat row settings" functionality, ensuring it only applies to row headers in pivot views and doesn't incorrectly affect measure columns.
  • Export Formatting: Fixed a bug in Excel exports where elements not belonging to a hierarchy were incorrectly indented as if they were part of it.
  • View Styling: Corrected view color styling for long tables to ensure a consistent appearance.
  • Transaction Log: Resolved an error that was being thrown by the transaction log.

Interface Builder

  • Table Widget Sorting: Fixed incorrect numeric sorting logic for table widget columns.
  • System Value Usage: The "Find Usage" feature for System Values has been fixed to only show exact matches, resolving an issue where it incorrectly listed items not in use.
  • Icon Selector: Fixed a bug preventing the icon selector from correctly reading and displaying fonts.
  • Generate GridTable Button: Corrected a bug where the "Generate GridTable" button was incorrectly triggering the "Move to Reusable" popup.
  • UI Visibility: Improved the visibility of the '+' (add) icon on the Properties tab by changing its color for better contrast.

✨ New Features & Improvements

Model Maker

Tagging & Organization

  • Tag Management System: A comprehensive back-end and UI for tagging has been implemented. Users can now create, edit, delete, and assign colored tags to various model elements like dimensions, views, and cubes.
  • Global Tag-Based Filtering: Added tag-based filtering across all Model Maker lists (Cubes, Dimensions, Views). Filters are now global across modules, and selections are automatically applied when data loads.

Data Handling & Export

  • Automatic Refresh: The table will now automatically refresh after a "Set" operation is confirmed.
  • Comprehensive Export: Dimension and View exports now include all data. Exports now also include the underlying MDX query data.
  • Excel Export Formatting: Numbers and percentages in Excel exports are now formatted with 'Numeric' and 'Percentage' types, respectively.
  • Export Loading Indicator: A loading indicator will now be displayed during all TM1 export processes to provide visual feedback.

Python & Asynchronous Operations in Model Maker

  • Python Code Structure UI: Added a new UI for viewing Python code structure.
  • Python Code Execution: Implemented functionality to execute Python scripts directly from the UI.

Interface Builder

  • Image Widget: The Images widget now includes an image picker, making it easier to select and manage images.

Development & Testing

  • Test Suite: A Selenium test suite has been added to improve automated testing and overall application stability.
