This release delivers major enhancements to Hot Promote, expanded visibility and access controls in Model Maker, a new Color Selector and import validation system in Interface Builder, and significant performance improvements across the Dimension module.

🚀 New Features

Model Maker — Visibility & Access Control

• Private item restrictions: Prevented selection of public tags on private items; a popup now appears when attempting to change a public MDX to private, detailing the associated public tag.
• Visibility toggle: Added a toggle under the TAG tab to filter tags by their public/private (isPublic) status.
• Public/Private filter popup: Introduced a popup to filter between Private and Public options, with both pre-checked by default.
• Tagging filter: Users can now view only Public or Private tags in alignment with MDX functionality.

Model Maker — MDX Enhancements

• Delete action: Added a button to delete MDX entries directly from the main MDX toolbar.
• Ctrl+S save: MDX documents can now be saved using the Ctrl+S shortcut.

Model Maker — Hot Promote

• Stop compare: Introduced an option to stop the compare process in the changeset comparison feature.
• Session restore: Users can now restore an ongoing compare session if accidentally exited.
• Design overhaul: Uniform popups, updated iconography, proper hover states, display of the selected mode, and a repositioned "Save as Filter" button.
• Enhanced request interface: Active task icon, updated target source icons, and an improved compare view prompt.
• Async apply: Compare and apply operations now run asynchronously in the background with status polling.
• Cascaded list navigation: Added cascade-mode UI for the outliner and views, supporting dimension objects as first-class entries with hierarchical apply propagation.
• URI-based filter rules: Filter rules now use URI as the canonical path key; legacy source_path references have been removed.
• Concurrency guard: Added a concurrency guard, runtime memory diagnostics, and container memory caps for Hot Promote operations.

Model Maker — User Admin & Running Processes

• Stop scripts: Administrators can now stop running scripts from the User Admin interface, including their own scripts in Model Maker.
• Running Processes panel: Added a Running Processes panel in User Admin with role-based access, ownership tracking, and real-time SSE push updates.
• Hot Promote in admin: Hot Promote tasks are now included in the admin running/stop endpoints.
• User-scoped APIs: Added user-scoped running-process APIs with connection-aware filtering.
• RunningTaskProvider abstraction: Introduced a unified RunningTaskProvider registry for managing execution, debug, and Hot Promote tasks in the admin UI.

Model Maker — Dimension Module

• Refresh button: Added a refresh button to the Cubes & Rules page, consistent with the Dimensions and Views sections.
• Menu Refresh: Returns users to the previously viewed screen when navigating to Dimensions from another module; resets all settings when already in the Dimensions module.
• Selection behavior: Single click clears previous selection, Ctrl+Click retains existing selection, Shift+Click adds to the range.
• Checkbox Ctrl+Click: Dimension checkboxes now support Ctrl+Click behavior while standard click on the number or name column works normally.
• Client-side filtering: Implemented client-side source data, filtering, and optimistic local updates in the Dimensions Elements table; filters are preserved on reload with an explicit reset path.

Model Maker — Settings & Menu

• Hide menu items: User and model-specific settings now allow hiding individual items in the Settings menu.
• Connection validation popup: Added a framework connection validation popup.
• Connection info popup: Redesigned connection info popup for improved clarity and user experience.

Interface Builder

• Color Selector 2.0: Users can choose project colors, see color names in the property list, with a new Studio Interface Builder icon as a visual marker.
• Deploy context menu: Added a right-click context menu on the Deploy button to display deploy settings, plus the ability to deploy a specified main page.
• Export ZIP: Added an exportzip endpoint and an export context menu for exporting data in ZIP format.
• Style summary rows: Style widget parameters now support expandable summary rows and collapsible style summaries in the settings UI.
• CSS style validation: CSS-style declarations are now parsed and validated; string-style fallback is supported for widget styles.
• Client-side import validation: Comprehensive pre-import checks for duplicate IDs, unrecognized widget types, syntax errors, and version-overwrite confirmation before completing any import. All duplicate widget IDs are shown inline in the import error.
• Widget type validation: A reusable validation feature checks for the existence of imported widget types via the import endpoint.

🛠 Improvements

Model Maker

• Dimension load speed: 8-element lists now load in approximately 3 seconds, with caching for instant retrieval of unrefreshed lists.
• Dimension input experience: Aligned with the Views module for smoother cursor placement, reliable content selection, and better copy-paste functionality.
• Process search bar: Improved to avoid obscuring process information above search results.
• Views layout: Updated with a 0.0 comma delimiter for point separation.
• Input field backgrounds: Updated to white to prevent confusion with disabled states.
• TM1 Git Python: Modifications to enable comparison of large models with small change sets.
• Tag validation on delete: Deleting an item now also removes it from any associated tags.
• Admin log polling: Now visibility-driven and lifecycle-safe, with request cancellation and robust restart handling.
• Dimension table search: Footer and global search in Dimensions limited to Name/Alias columns; attribute field handling centralized across dimension tables.
• C conversion: Core functionality converted to C with successful integration of child elements.

Interface Builder

• Batch error handling: Improved batch error handling and element conversion delete flow.
• Import UI feedback: Enhanced import UI with clearer error states and repository serialization fallback.

Model Maker

• Shared tags: Fixed shared tags not being visible to other users within the same or different models.
• Shared MDX queries: Resolved shared MDX queries not being visible to other users within the same or across different models.
• Admin log type filter: Fixed the "type filter" in admin logs not functioning as intended.
• Admin Security delete popup: Resolved the delay in displaying the delete confirmation popup.
• Dimension filter: Fixed the filter function failing when using the Dimension Editor button.
• Subset view buttons: Fixed "Show Parents" and "Expand All" not functioning in subset view; resolved filter icon not updating and scrollbar resetting on element collapse/expand.
• Popup selection: Fixed selecting an element in a popup not applying the selection; popup now closes on click.
• Admin Logs polling: Polling no longer continues after navigating away to other sections.
• Dimension OData field paths: Fixed element OData field paths and normalized attribute field names for payloads and column headers.
• Underscore in dimension name: Fixed manual data entry in views when an underscore is present in the dimension name.

• IconStyle parameters: Fixed IconStyle not saving correctly in widget configuration, which caused unprocessable imports and [object Object] in code representation.
• Create new app: Resolved failure when the default app was missing from the framework.
• Repository.js import errors: Fixed import operations not throwing errors for duplicate IDs, unrecognized widget configurations, and syntax errors.
• Import overwrite popup crash: Fixed crash in the overwrite confirmation popup; custom confirmation modal now handles all edge cases.
• Subset creation dispatch: Fixed dispatch to use the correct subset name.
• Server-side filtering: Fixed "not includes" filtering in Model Maker.
• filterByColumn argument order: Fixed event argument order in subset/view widgets.
