Category filter field show when edit the data rule.Steps to reproduce(For example in SampleSite):
1,Edit the VIew "Article.List".
2,Click the "Edit" icon on the right side.The edit dialog will popup.
3,Click the "Edit" icon behind the "Category filter",and the dropdown list will shows empty.
