Fruit Ripeness Detection v1.0.0 – Initial Stable Release

This is the first official release of the Fruit Ripeness Detection using AI project.
It uses a trained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model with MobileNetV2 (transfer learning) to classify tropical fruits into three categories: Fresh, Rotten, and Unripe.
