Enhancements include:

• Using qmamba in an airgapped environment:
  • Sample clone.sh script provided which creates a local, self contained conda channel by cloning the required modules and their dependencies
  • Documentation and examples which cover:
    • Running the clone.sh script
    • Using the cloned channel
    • Description of how the clone.sh script works
• Other documentation improvements and examples including:
  • How to make an exact copy (clone) of an existing environment
  • Using version specifiers when installing a module
• Additional configuration options such as specifying where to create the root prefix
