FlyWireGBA v0.2.1

• Preserve BIOS/flashcart WAITCNT timings instead of forcing fast ROM reads,
  addressing SuperCard/SuperFW white-screen and corrupted-ROM symptoms.
• Mask CPU interrupts before startup; stop inherited DMA channels, timers and audio.
• Reset bitmap BG2 affine transforms, reference points and blending after launcher handoff.
• Added an emulated flashcart warm-boot regression with dirty hardware state,
  slow cartridge timing preservation and pixel-by-pixel framebuffer comparison.
• SuperFW setup and hardware validation limits documented.

Download flywire-gba-v0.2.1.gba and open it in mGBA or load it on a compatible GBA flash cartridge. Verify with SHA256SUMS.
