• Fix specificity comparison for selector lists / :is() by @spokodev in #87

  specificityToNumber() now weights the ID column by base² (was base << 1), so each specificity component occupies its own positional "digit". This fixes incorrect comparisons where a lower-category count could overflow into a higher category — e.g. picking the most specific argument of :is() / a selector list now follows proper lexicographic ordering of [ID, class, type]. The internal base passed when ranking list arguments was also bumped to base + 1 to guarantee no column can overflow into the next.
