This PR replaces the
buildergenandduzztannotation processors with our in-house solution build-tools. This grants us more control in the future to account for potentially required changes. In a first instance, the current version drops the (legacy) dependency on StringTemplate (which continues to require additional workarounds in future Java versions) and trims/extends some features to better suite the concrete needs of LearnLib (and AutomataLib).
