Added SETUP.md with instructions on how to install course materials with brew on MacOS, as brew was used to install some things, but not everything in the course material Added directories to the .gitignore that were missing Added spark.stop() commands (for completeness) Added commented out code blocks that were in the course material and deleted Signed-off-by: mvaal <mjvaal@gmail.com>
