Add keyboard Shortcuts for Submit | Test #552

🚀 Feature Proposal
I would like to propose the addition of keyboard shortcuts for Test (Run default cases, run custom cases)
Motivation
A keyboard shortcut makes the repeating task of testing the use cases a lot convenient in my opinion than reaching out to the mouse, click test, choose the test cases.
Contribution
I don't know anything about developing a VS code extension but, I would like to help in any way I can.
