What changed:

• Fix: the Sync Settings user filter (SelectedUserId) compared a hyphenated GUID string against Jellyfin's hyphen-less GUID format, so a selected user never matched anything and watched-status events were silently dropped for everyone. Both the real-time sync and the daily full-history sync now compare parsed GUIDs instead of raw strings.
• Security: restricted the plugin's API endpoints (Pair, Unlink, SyncWatched) to Jellyfin administrators — previously any authenticated user could trigger a sync for an arbitrary user or unlink the whole server's MyTVCalendar connection.
