This is only useful for Bitfunx cards that use FreePSXBoot.
In short, LASTMEMCARD in the index.txt file is now always set to 000.MCR, so when booting you don't have to change cards manually or edit index.txt. I made minimal changes to the code, so as not to break anything, but it's not optimal.
