6 corpus ipc server HTTP Server

Optional Axum 0.8 microservice (feature server) that exposes one IpcBackend over HTTP under the v0.2 REST contract. Router and handlers live in src/server.rs as corpus_ipc::server::router so tests can drive them in-process. The binary src/bin/corpus_ipc_server.rs is a thin main that selects a backend and calls axum::serve. Normative contract: docs/rest-api.md (shipped on crates.io).
- 6.1 REST API Endpoints — v0.2 bodies, status classes, migration from 0.1
- 6.2 Server Configuration and Deployment — bind, backend env, security boundary
