What is new

  • Fixes first-run setup so the overlay no longer blocks sidebar and top-navigation interaction.
  • Escape moves from the AI choice to browser-only setup, then completes that setup when safe.

Verification

  • 1967 tests passed; desktop build passed.
  • Fresh-profile runtime navigation and Escape probe passed on the signed Windows candidate.
  • EVS/VMP package signing and verification passed. Authenticode verification passed for all 121 checked package files with zero failures.
