This is a beta. V2 is a rewrite and has had far less real-world use
than V1. Back up your Interface/AddOns folder before pointing it at a
game directory you care about, and please report anything that misbehaves —
Settings → Copy diagnostics produces a redacted summary worth attaching.

What changed

Changed

  • Installing only offers servers on the same game version. Install to
listed every folder you manage, so a 3.3.5a addon could be sent to a 2.4.3 or
1.12 one with a single tick — where undoing it is an uninstall. Copying an
addon set between servers is now limited the same way, and for a stronger
reason: it copies the files straight across, so nothing downstream would
    catch it.
  • The Install to servers are switches rather than tick boxes.
  • Taking over an addon's neighbouring folders is now a choice per folder.
It was one tick over the whole set, which is only the right shape when the
guess is right about all of them — and the guess is a shared name prefix, so
four folders can easily be three parts of one addon and one separate thing.
All or nothing meant taking the stray or leaving three behind.
  • The activity stream says which server each message is about. "Updated 3
addons" is not answerable once you have more than one game folder, and the
panel outlives the moment when the switcher still showed the answer. The
messages that genuinely have no server — saving a token, joining the beta
channel — stay unlabelled, and so does the one that installs to several at
once, which names them underneath itself. The server goes into the copied
    text too.
  • Addon rows light up under the cursor, the way the browse cards and the
server rows already did. Rows you have not adopted get a quieter version of
the same thing — no lift, and the border stops short of the full accent —
because they are not yours yet, and one with an update keeps the accent wash
    that marks it out.

Installs alongside V1, not over the top. It is a separate application with
its own settings, so V1 keeps working and nothing is migrated automatically. To
bring your addons across: export your list from V1 (My Addons → Export Addon
List
), add your game folder here as a server, then Import list.
