Crew 0.3.0 Alpha — material to action

Start with ./bin/crew intake demo: a Python-only, offline example of project-aware suggestions, individual decisions and accepted-action export. Use a portable project catalog for your own txt/md materials; actual analysis requires a signed-in Claude subscription and sends selected material and project excerpts to that service.

The source archive includes the examples. See Quick start and the intake guide.

This is an early Alpha for macOS/Linux. Output is primarily Simplified Chinese. No PDF/audio/video parser, inbox watcher or automatic action execution is included. Feedback is welcome through Issues, using synthetic examples without private material.
