Add calibration state 14 to the list of acceptable states (and call it
.needCalibrationNow). This state seems to appear more often with newer transmitters, and prevents Loop from looping. Dexcom continues to display glucose when in this state, so it is probably OK to accept.Also add
.questionMarks(state 18) to the list of states.Addresses LoopKit/Loop#672.
