Canceling bolus on pump leads to incorrect recording of bolus delivery.

Medtronic only: when a bolus that is issued via the Loop interface is canceled by issuing a suspend in the pump UI, Loop will incorrectly track the bolus as if the full amount were delivered.

Issue in dev since Nov 2019, and affects 2.2.
