Update main

  • fix Bolus edit behavior to automatically zero the bolus line when tapped
  • Bring in updates from DanaKit
  • Bump up the version
  • Restore expected behavior for G6 of going to CGM Manager page, instead of the Dexcom app, when tapping on glucose in the HUD
  • Update Gemfile and Gemfile.lock to fix a security warning
  • Add audio capability to Loop to support DanaKit optional behavior (now) and possible OmniBLE InPlay/iPhone 16 work-around later
  • Update some localizations

Test

First test this PR will all the hotfix items pulled in.
Run ./Scripts/update_submodule_refs.sh to make sure I got all the latest from each submodule.

  • ✅ build with Mac-Xcode onto SE 3rd gen phone running iOS 26
    • continue with rPi simulator for DASH
    • switch to rPi simulator for Dana
  • ✅ build with Browser Build
