Font Packager 2.45

Adds a button to the unicode dialog that will get the next available unicode value within the expected range.
Adds a custom tint option for import, to pre-apply color to greyscale pixels. (Like the game does, intended use is Halo 2 where colors don't cooperate).
Included presets for the Halo 2 Spartan and Elite text colors for the above custom color option.
