• Command-line interface (tunefinder ARTIST TITLE after install,
  or python -m tunefinder ...). Output is JSON by default — compact
  when piping, indented automatically when stdout is a TTY. Supports
  --platforms, --regions, --delay, --data (full audit with
  scores), --debug (human-readable trace), --pretty and --version.
  Implementation lives in src/tunefinder/__main__.py; entry point
  registered via [project.scripts] in pyproject.toml.
• GitHub Actions release workflow (.github/workflows/release.yml):
  every pushed v*.*.* tag now publishes a GitHub Release with notes
  extracted automatically from CHANGELOG.md. Supports manual
  backfill via workflow_dispatch for tags pushed before this change.

Fixed

• CLI no longer crashes with UnicodeEncodeError on Windows consoles
  whose default codepage (cp1252) cannot encode characters that
  routinely appear in DuckDuckGo result snippets (CJK titles, accented
  punctuation, →, emoji). sys.stdout is now reconfigured to UTF-8
  at the start of main().
