Installing P3RFix as a Reloaded II Mod

This applies to both Windows and Steam Deck/Linux

Before starting, make sure to delete any P3RFix files inside of the game's files if you have already have used this fix previously (P3RFix.ini, P3RFix.asi, dsound.ini and dsound.dll)

To make sure P3RFix loads alongside any Reloaded II mods you are using, follow these steps:

  • Install the P3RFix Reloaded-II package.

  • Drag and drop P3RFix_Reloaded-II.zip onto the Reloaded-II window. (Alternatively: Manual Install)

  • Enable it in your Reloaded-II mod list.

What's Changed

  • Updated network skip pattern so that it works on the Steam version. (#34)
  • Made changes to logging and config file paths so they are more consistent.
  • If P3RFix fails to locate the config file, it will spawn a console window to tell you.
  • Updated release workflow to create two separate artifacts for Steam and Xbox.
    This is primarily to reduce confusion from having both a "WinGDK" and "Win64" folder in the same zip.
    Now you can just choose the appropriate zip for your platform instead.

Disabled by default so check the ini if you want to enable it.

Check the ini to configure it. By default, all logos will be skipped but you will still be prompted to enable/disable network features.
