llama.cpp b9873 compiled for Linux x86_64 with ROCm, optimized for AMD Strix Halo devices. Includes support for ROCm 7.2.4 and 7.14-nightly (therock-dist-linux-gfx1151-7.14.0a20260612.tar.gz), with HIP optimizations for gfx1151.
