Version 3.1.0 restores email customization for v3 and adds configurable HeroUI themes.

• Override OTP, welcome, password-reset, and password-changed templates with server-only callbacks.
• Include verification codes in OTP subjects and use simpler default email designs with clear code boxes.
• Set the plugin theme default and override it per provider, page, or card, including modal login.
• Explore email previews, Brevo test delivery, and light/dark themes in the development playground.
• Update pnpm workspace configuration and rebuild the package before starting development.

Welcome and password-changed templates remain available for explicit delivery; they are not automatic lifecycle notifications. Theme controls apply to the HeroUI adapter.
