When setting up FactoryEngine, it is important that you use the correct release version. Here is a series of gcc pre-built binaries, as well as the build source code, for users to install.

If using the pre-built libraries, select one compatible with your operating system. These files are labelled as gcc-{major}.{minor}.{patch}-{os}_{architecture}.tar.gz, so pick the operating system that best fits your needs. If you can't find what you need, inform the team and we will work on getting a pre-built library to fit your needs, or continue on below to build instructions.

If you are interested in building your own gcc source from scratch, we have provided the source code file for you to reference. You can also look up the specific build instructions for your operating system. Just note that, on weaker hardware especially, this can be quite the time-consuming task.
