Prism-Validator Rebrand & Restructuring

🚀 Major Rebrand: Introducing Prism-Validator

This release marks the official transition from Psycho-Validator to Prism-Validator. This new name better reflects our mission to provide a multi-faceted, BIDS-compatible validation framework for complex psychological and physiological datasets.

📦 Repository Restructuring

We have significantly cleaned up the project structure to make it easier to navigate and use:

• New helpers Directory: All utility scripts have been moved from the root scripts folder into organized categories:
  • surveys: Tools for LimeSurvey integration and JSON sidecar management.
  • physio: Scripts for Varioport conversion and HRV analysis.
  • utils: General utilities like sidecar redaction and dummy data generation.
  • demos: Demonstration scripts.
• Clean Root: The root directory now only contains the core application files (prism-validator.py, prism-validator-web.py) and essential setup scripts.

✨ Improvements & Fixes

• Documentation: All documentation has been updated to reflect the new project name and directory structure.
• Code Quality: The entire codebase has been formatted with Black and linted with Flake8 for better readability and maintainability.
• Data Cleanup: Improved handling of physiological data conversion (prioritizing .vpd sources).
