This upgrades to compatibility with 1.1.4 firmware.

This changes to requiring .NET 8 instead of 10. The change was possible after removing the old client and it makes this in synch with the DSPi Console project so you don't have to install another .NET.

The reliability continues to improve. This has now been somewhat torture-tested on Mac and PC where it worked well. It also is verified to work on Ubuntu and Raspbian.
