v1.2.0 Changes

Added Syntax:

• Added event property to tick groups, allowing for the += / -= syntax for adding/removing callbacks.

TickGroup Changes:

• Added exposed Valid boolean property to allow the user to check if the group has had Dispose() called and if the TickManager still maintains a reference to the TickGroup instance.
• TickGroup.CompareName() has been moved to TickSystemExtensions as an extension method.

TickGroupAsset Changes:

• TickGroupAsset has removed the TickRate property in favor of using the standard Interval also found in TickGroup.
• Several "preset" tick rates are available in the TickGroupAsset inspector context menu.

Extension Methods:

• Additional extension methods have been added to provide similar functionality between TickGroup and TickGroupAsset classes.
